 Monday, 23rd October 2017, once again in the opulent setting of The Ballroo
 m, at the Atlantis The Palm. Building on the achievements of the first thre
 e Awards, this year promises to be bigger and better still, with as many as
  800 guests likely to attend. All the top names and personalities from the 
 ports, shipping and related industries will be there, providing unrivalled 
 opportunities for networking, and generating business opportunities over th
 e months to come. As well as the winners of the various award categories, c
 hosen by an elite, and highly experienced independent judging panel, there 
 will once again be a few, very special awards presented by The Maritime Sta
 ndard team for outstanding individual contributions. In total some 30 award
 s will be up for grabs on the night. The Maritime Standard Awards offer the
  industry a high profile, and glittering stage on which to highlight its ma
